Job Description

- Triển khai & Giám sát thị trường:

  • Thực hiện các chương trình Trade Marketing, Activation, Sampling, POSM tại điểm bán theo kế hoạch được duyệt.
  • Đảm bảo tính nhất quán, đồng bộ về hình ảnh thương hiệu tại cửa hàng/điểm bán.

-  Quản lý POSM & Vật phẩm Marketing:

  • Theo dõi, phân bổ và sử dụng hiệu quả POSM (standee, poster, kệ trưng bày, đồng phục...).
  • Kiểm soát trưng bày theo tiêu chuẩn (planogram, visibility).

-  Hỗ trợ Kinh doanh:

  • Phối hợp cùng Sales Team để thúc đẩy doanh số tại từng khu vực.
  • Đề xuất chương trình khuyến mãi, thúc đẩy sell-in & sell-out.

-  Báo cáo & Phân tích:

  • Thu thập thông tin thị trường, hoạt động đối thủ, xu hướng tiêu dùng.
  • Lập báo cáo đánh giá hiệu quả chương trình & đưa ra đề xuất cải tiến.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Marketing, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan.
  • Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong lĩnh vực Trade Marketing/Field Marketing (ưu tiên ngành FMCG/F&B).
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, quản lý thời gian và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
  • Nhanh nhạy, siêng năng, chịu khó
  • Hiểu biết về POSM, Activation, trưng bày sản phẩm.
  • Sức khỏe tốt, sẵn sàng đi thị trường thường xuyên.
